We went there for lunch on Friday. We were the only sitting table that day. Given that, it took 1 hour to get our food. There were 4 staff sitting at the reception and barely 1 staff inside to serve us and most of the time she was nowhere to be seen. Everytime we requested anything it took so long to get it. At the end they gave us the bill and forgot to get us the machine to pay. The staff has a careless attitude towards customers. To top it up, they mixed up the orders of food and drink. No we know why we were the only table for lunch that day.
I used to love this place.. but just had very bad experience when our friend invited us to a small reception with a “supposedly” set menu and we were told that it’s unlimited order.. we arrived a bit late they had already served the salad.. there was supposed to be a pizza in the beginning but the waiter told us sorry there is a pepperoni pizza in the making and offered us 2 cold slices of leftover Marguerita pizza.. and never came back with any other pizza.. afterwards they offered tiny portions of pesto pasta for 4 people to share and very small portion of lazagna to share.. i asked for more of the pasta the waiter said absolutely and just ignored my order.. very disappointing!
