The char Siew was dry, hard and tasteless. Seemed like an overnight and unsold Char Siew being served. Very unfortunate that the passion of Choo Chiang serving good food is lost.
Honestly nothing much to rave about – it’s decent I suppose but there are way better options in Singapore and in the area.
Choo Jiang is famous for the roast meat and Roast Duck. Roast duck- skin was roast to crispy type, same goes to the forest meat The sauce was kind of salty. I would always patronage this stall if there is craving for roast duck.
My Singapore friend bring me here and he told me he been there a few times. Food was great and service was good too.
