What a disappointing experience. The restaurant is in a good spot and offers beautiful sunset views of the north of Joburg. Unfortunately the food is below standard and disappointing. The service was also average. Definitely staying away.
Had napoletana pasta, garlic focaccia and tiramisu. The tiramisu was delicious, one of the best I’ve had. The focaccia was cooked perfectly for me. The main issue and it’s a big one, was the napoletana pasta. I found a piece of meat in it. I don’t know how this contamination happened, but if you are vegetarian, you would probably want to avoid this place. It seems a lot of restaurants fall very flat in the pasta department and don’t really put much effort into making it.

Absolutely love going here. We’ve never had a bad meal or experience. You can see that management have really put the time in to properly train all the staff, which is uncommon! The food is always phenomenal and very generous portion sizes. Great for a quick bite or a relaxed romantic evening. The seafood pasta is to die for!
