Village restaurant in Nittsj, with a focus on local ingredients and run by married pair Jonathan & Genevieve Bjurenstedt (chef & sommelier). Even the plates are locally made at the Nittsj Ceramic factory During the summer we take the restaurant outside and the food is prepared on our wood fired grill. We also serve vegetables and sallad from our own garden.
