They act as sophisticated folks but in their hearts understand little about hospitality. Same story can be repeated for all other rest. in Lulea. Anyhow food is acceptable if pricey.
Menu that mirrors the are. The food was good and the service too. I can recommend a visit if you are in Luleå.
