Marcos draws inspiration from the journeys,interactions and exchanges in food culture between the West & the East along the ancient Silk Roads. Since early times, Thai people have participated in trade with other regions along the Silk Roads. In fact, the ancient Maritime Silk Road went by these very shores! The restaurant is named after Marco Polo - the Venetian merchant & explorer. Happy Dining
