Authentiek Zuid-Amerikaans restaurant! Met Carlinas halen wij een stukje Zuid-Amerika naar Nederland. In een huiselijke sfeer kunt u genieten van ons concept, een Culinaire Reis. Met de Culinaire Reis waant u zich in een ander continent. U ervaart authentieke en gevarieerde gerechten uit onder andere Peru, Brazili, Colombia en de Caribische Eilanden, vers voor u bereidt vanuit onze open keuken. De Reis bestaat uit meerdere gangen met verschillende gerechten die u krijgt uitgelegd tijdens uw reis. Naast onze ambachtelijke keuken kunt u ook genieten van huisgemaakte sangrias, cocktails, verse sappen van tropische vruchten en wijnen uit Chili en Argentini. Ons restaurant heeft een capaciteit tot 70 gasten binnen en 20 gasten op het terras. Wilt u een rustig tafeltje onder de pergola? Of wilt u liever de chef-koks in actie zien? Het kan allemaal! Een bruiloft of een verjaardag, buffetten en partijen behoren allemaal tot de mogelijkheden. Regelmatig hebben wij live muziek!Details

Loved the culinary Journey, great food, great ambiance. Not too spicy but with enough taste. Was afraid that it wasn’t going to be enough but the third round made up for it. 🙂

The most tender and juicy meet I ever had! Loved the choice and the cordiality of the personell. Highly recommend!
