Three of us went to this restaurant for dinner on a Friday . And the place was so EMPTY . And the staff was barely there, which made the service really slow and poor . We weren’t even served the bread baskets until we asked for it . However we order the mushroom risotto, the pink sauce veg pasta and cannelloni . The only thing that tasted good was the risotto. The pink sauce pasta wasn’t pink sauce it was in fact red sauce . And while charging us they charged us for the sea food pink sauce pasta and upon asking didn’t even revert the charges. I didn’t like the service or the attitude of the staff serving us . And it service was so slow .
Quite expensive for average tasting Italian food. Have eaten here twice, had pasta one time (which took ages to come probably because of the amount of people there) and pizza the other time (6/10 for the pizza). Italian food is so hard to master, long way to go.
We were her last week for a staycation at Novotel World Trade Centre and for lunch we walked into Cubo which is located inside world trade centre , ibis hotel .An Italian restaurant for starters we had their fried calamari and for mains my daughter asked chef to make a spicy pasta and she loved it .We went in for chef’s recommendation Parmesan crusted chicken and pasta , it was soo good . Tasted really good . And my husband orders grilled steak . Perfectly cooked steak .Personally I felt desserts were not up-to the Italian mark, the Tiramisu was little dry and the Pannacotta cream had an after taste . Their strawberry ice cream and cream brûlée were good . Service is little slow , as they cook once order is placed so expect that little delay. We would definitely come back for the Pollo Parmigiana shabosphere.wordpress.com
Very poor quality of food.We had a lunch here: spaghetti carbonara – pasta was overcooked and sauce was nothing near to carbonara.Pizza was also was not good, like it was cooked by someone who don’t care.Staff was very slow to bring the bill, 15 minutes waiting for a bill, place was not busy.
My dining experience in this restaurant was not very pleasant. I was on lunch break with a colleague and we only had 1 hour for lunch. We did not have time to eat as it took them 50 min. to serve the food. So we told the server that we will have it for take away and to prepare the bill. We had to tell her 3 times but she kept ignoring us. It took them another 10min to prepare the bill. Very bad customer service and the food was not great too.
After getting tired we feel for lunch and we found this restaurant which looks like very good but when we taker their service is like pathetic start from order taker guy we gave the order to him and he forget our one dish to order and after that manager came and she apologies its OK but the taste of food is like nothing I don’t know may be they have rush because of trade center event but I personally didn’t feel to visit again this restaurant
My go-to place whenever I am at Trade Centre. The food is lip-smacking, portion sizes are large, seating can be a problem whenever there is an exhibition, so could be service. But food makes up for it more than anything. sahilosophy.com
