Went there to use the health club ..glow is just by the pool ..so ordered some drinks..it was great as we enjoyed the swim and then ordered mojitos .. was great .
We went there for Iftar party, which was arranged from our office. When we entered the area, it was decorated nicely, but it was evening and also there were not enough lights to light up the area properly. There was live Middle Eastern music playing around the corner.We had buffet here – the cuisine chosen was Arabic and Turkish. But unfortunately, none of the food was upto the mark, the main dishes, like kebabs, rice items. The fatayer were ok. There was lamb meat roast as well, which I did not even bother to try. The salads were life-savers for me, the tuna salad, the pasta salad, the seafood salad all of them along with the beetroot hummus were quite nice. ANd in the end the desserts had a large collection – although the peach cheesecake was disappointing, as it did not have any peach flavour in it. The chocolate date pie was really nice.
I doubt that such a place should have a presence in a place like H Hotel as it reflects a bad image about the Hotel!We are here to watch the game and it seems they faced a techical issue with the projector so they fixed it by placing a 40 inch normal TV ( image attached ) for the whole place and without an audio! Service is very bad, average time to bring an order is not less than 30 minutes.Whats on the menu is not available.No tissues on the table and one of the drinks was delivered in the hand of the waiter not onl0 a tray!I hope this attracts the attention of the Hotel management and they manage to fix it ASAP.
A great pool bar to chill over sheesha & dinner. We came here for dinner last week & were suitably impressed. Great service & good food. The starters were great with a good portion size. It would have been better if was served by freshly baked warm bread but it came with the shawarma standard bread instead. Tabouleh – I didn’t try as not a fanFattoush – very good & freshHummus – good Main was a mixed grill which was excellent. The meat was succulent, well cooked & tasted great. Just a shame wasn’t served with fries or rice. For desert, I opted for umm Ali & my friend got creme brûlée. Umm Ali good but the creme brûlée was fabulous. Yum! We had grape mint sheesha which was also good. Overall a very enjoyable evening. Price is a bit steep but it is a 5* hotel after all.
