Having placed an order 3-4 days in advance and being told by the staff not to worry your order will be ready as per your instructions so we were relaxed as this was for the 1st Anniversary of an organization, being a commercial even the slightest of mistakes could not be tolerated.while heading to our venue we stopped by to pick up our cake and guess what they had prepared a 1kg cake wrote our message and the staff was showing it to us happily saying here you go sir where as we had ordered a 2kg cake, then they tooook ages searching the hotel to supply us a 2kg cake hence delaying our event and being the host we were the last people reaching the event imagine our embarrassment.Their service was highly unappreciated and non professional, would think twice before visiting again.
I have not tried the food but a relaxing environment at the lobby. Chilling in the lounge while my wife is taking a spa treatment which is a good idea for a day for relaxation. They have good deals on Groupon for the treatments as well so worth a try.
