Extremely rude and non courteous staff giving wrong information and even denying Zomato gold benefits. All this when on a Friday evening the place was virtually empty. Have heard from a friend of mine that they do this quite often.
I was there last week ,Nice place to relax and have a good food Quality ,Will definitely go back specially when the service is good as well .
I had a steak and crab cakes , the crab cakes were especially so very good I really liked the food and the staff was so nice that I want to come back again
Waiting time for the food to arrive is really too much , The restaurant has a perfect ambience for a date night and a fine dine though The food is tasty too.
Came here last night with a party of 8. When you are greeted by the door with your name you already know you are the only reservation they have and yes this place was empty on a Friday night and we are not surprised to why after our experience.The service was very friendly but extremely slow. It took around 20 min for a bottle of wine to be served, as mentioned the entire restaurant was empty. Most wines on the menu where not available or only one bottle on stock. We all ordered steak which took over 1,5 hours to be served when we kept on enquiring about our food we kept on getting the same answer that the meat is resting. Every steak was served over cooked, which is very disappointing when you go to a steak house which mainly serves steak. I’ve ordered my steak medium and it was served not medium or medium well, but well done and this was the common theme of the entire group and yet again I have to mention that we were the only table in the restaurant for several hours so there is no explanation why it took so long or why the meat was over cooked. We had the feeling that the entire team was overwhelmed with actually having to cook food and serve customers. The side dishes were good though and so was the side of foie gras I’ve ordered as a add on.
