I go here often to have lunch or late night fish&chips. Very predictable and good quality. love the traditional approach. I eat the jumbo haddock when there. You can sit in if you want.
Had a take away, two fish and chips and smoke sausage and chips was good enough, not greesy, batter would have been nice if it had been crispier but was overall a good meal, recommend

Great food cooked while you wait sit in or take away. Great service staff friendly. Good range of menue also soup & sandwiches on the menu
I bought steak pie supper at 11pm Saturday.The chips were as noted in title – dry, very hard and it certainly seemed that they were days old.I expect more for £7’s.
An ok fish an chips place (not a restaurant!) ok fish soft and soaky chips, ok service, not comming back!
Chips were cold and brown, staff weren’t at all friendly, small fish, and £1.70 for a small bottle of vinegar. Totally depressing food BARF
