By far this is the best Thai food in Anchorage. There isn’t even anything close to competing with it. The food is cooked fresh and everything is homemade. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to try their stuffed chicken wings which are heavenly!! They sell out of these almost immediately so when they have them we order 2 and take one order home. I’ve never had a bad meal or a dish that didn’t amaze me. And their tom yum gai is so good it is included every single time we order food from there. We’ve never eaten in the restaurant because it’s usually jam-packed. Instead we order carry-out. But even then the wait can be 2hours because they’re so busy, so we order 2 hours ahead of time. The staff is all family and the daughters serving the dining area are extremely friendly. They can be a bit gruff at times when it’sjam-packed but a little patience goes a long way and if you let them do their thingyou won’t be disappointed. I sure do wish they would open a west-side location so I didn’t have to drive sofar!!
Amazing food but long wait. If you are looking for some very tasty Thai/Indian food then this is the place to go! Their Curry and BBQ rice is 5/5 star, my fiance loves their soups and noodle dishes. We have yet to not like something that we have ordered. The downside is that the wait is at least 40minutes minimum to get your food ( to-go ) so either order early or expect to wait. We go here atleast once a week for take out food and I recommend this place to all my friends/co-workers.
Service sucked. We waited 15mins to be seated….there was a cpl people ahead of us. When it came to be our turn to be seated…another cpl came in and took our table…and so we waited..the staff apologized for them taking our table…then again a different staff let another person sit before us…so we waited to see the guy we originally saw and was supposed to seat us..he just shook his head when we werent seated…we left. And went to lonestar lol…
This place is amazing, you definitely keep going back for more. Highly recommend this place!!! You won’t be disappointed.
Ordered green curry chicken off of the lunch menu, and all of my veggies were totally over cooked. The food here doesn’t have that freshness to it, like good Thai food should.

The staff is very friendly & eager to please. I can’t tolerate spicy foods since going through cancer treatment. They will customize my order to just the way I like it. I was raised Thai and Chinese foods in Hawaii. Special noodles- no spice & add eggplant…. My favorite dish. Thank you Sung for your hospitality. As for take out & the time it takes – its worth the wait!
