Again, just awful. I’ve now been waiting for 20 minutes for a blizzard and a moolate. This is crazy, I’ve never had worse service at any place. There seems to only be two people working, but at this point there’s no excuse.02 Dec, 2013Super incredibly slow service. Its like they’re testing how slow they can make their food.

Attitudes,attitudes!!!!. Food is what youd expect from DQ, good burgers,fries ect… but the attitudes from the ppl working here act as if its a hassle to wait on you, and god dont say they got something wrong. Then they bring their manager up and he acts like hes got better things to do with his time than straighten up a employee skrew up and takes it out on you saying you didnt order this which clearly the receipt shows what i ordered. Guess that a ATU student for you arguing with a receipt thats right…. Management needs a overhaul!!!!!!!
Service F. Good desserts, HORRIBLE service. Twice I’ve waited over 15 minutes for a dine-in Blizzard – only to return to the counter where they subsequently had to finally make my order. Had a problem on another visit regarding being overcharged and the assistant manager was rude and argumentative.
