Okay experience, could be better. We walked over from our hotel for a light snack for dinner to @RubyTuesday. It wasn’t very busy for a Saturday night. Our waiter took our drinks, and eventually returned with our waters. However, before I was able to take one sip, the entire bottom of my glass broke free, spilling the table and my lap with water. I guess the disturbing part of this was that it took several minutes before any one appeared, and it involved a stranger at another table flagging someone down. We moved to another table while waiting, and I guess the surprising part of it all was that I received no apologies, are you okay…nothing. Rather I sat soaked thru and thru, while business went on as usual. The average age of the servers appeared to be college age, so I guess that would account for the lack of care.The food was good, could have been warmer. The waiter was ok. Essentially, if I traveled thru the area on another trip, I would probably make a point to eat before arriving to my hotel rather than visit this location again.

The ONLY reason I go here is because it is one of the few restaurants with a liquor license in the area. The service is ridiculously slow. The food is average. However, the Long Island Iced Tea is fantastic! Expect to be there for at least 2 hours though. They take FOREVER!
