Awful customer service. Food is good but every employee that I have had to come in contact with is very rude. This is no doubt why their parking lot stays empty. I have given them 6 different visits and have been treated the same each and every time. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Just like NYC Take Out!. Best Chinese in Russellville, Arkansas. Food cooked fresh, generous portions and all at a great price for the purse. Dining room is quaint and the service excellent. Great Take Out menu for dining at home. The quality and freshness of the dishes was way better than the ‘All-U-Can-Eat’ joints for Chinese in Russellville. Big Taste in a little place, you won’t be disappointed.
The food is good but the service is lacking. You can not substitute items on the menu, even for a nominal fee! But it is worth trying. You will probably like it.
The food is good, far better than any of the Chinese buffets in town, but the employees are rude. Not all, of course, but the person at the counter is unpleasant on a good day and typically has an attitude. Unfortunate, as service has an impact on the experience which would otherwise be entirely positive.
LOVE THE FOOD, except for the egg rolls. Need to work on those. The chicken, steak & pork is very tender. The ONLY problem I have is the suede table cloth. I worry that it’s hard to disinfect. But, their food is inexpensive for a large amount and very good. Go there once weekly. 🙂
Small portions especially at lunch. Did not care for food.
The best Chinese food in town, compares to Kob Jai that used to be here I think…
