Brilliant buns!. (09/19/2011) Brilliant idea! Pillowy Chinese bao buns stuffed with savory fillings for lunch and from a truck. Kalbi (marinated sirloin, tempura onions, mixed greens, aioli) buns moist, tender, nice marinated sweet-salty, charred flavor; Dweji (spicy pork, scallions, mixed greens, tzatziki sauce) buns with moist, very spicy meat, cooling sauce. Bao were fluffy, blinding white, sweet and pillowy; 2 were a perfect snack.
