Another foodie haven we were lucky enough to discover since it was just a block away from our hotel (Hotel Figueroa). Fernando’s Taco Inn is beside a car wash and serves one of the best and cheapest burritos I’ve ever tasted. Locals call this place the Car Wash Tacos and is known for their free salsa bar with some fantastic salsa verde. We ordered the carne asada and it was the bomb! The nachos are not bad either! Everything tasted authentic. The staff was super friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. Although the place is a little run down, the food and service greatly makes up for it.
