  My boyfriend and I have been ordering pizza from the Los Angeles Pizza Company for a long time, because we were looking for an alternative to pizza hut and dominos. We were tired of getting pizzas that were overdone, and just corporate mediocrity. Also, those pizzas are not nearly as authentic as the Los Angeles Pizza company, my new favorite place to get pizza in the Los Angeles Area.Our favorite pizza has to be the Buenos Aires Pizza. It has chimichurri sauce, sausage, mushrooms, basil, and mozzarella. The crust is baked fresh, and the difference in taste is amazing. It’s perfect, because it’s crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. (Not like the unflavored bleached flour pizza hut/ dominos crust that gets stuck in your throat if you don’t have a glass of water to wash the lump down.)Although they have the standard flavors and toppings (Pepperoni, sausage, cheese, veggies etc) the pizzas you’re really going to want to check out are some of the special ones. A lot of them have unique toppings with amazing flavor, all with fresh ingredients.The wait isn’t really that long, like some may have complained. It is only because they have to prep all the veggies and meats, the pizzas are not pre-made, and neither is the dough for the crust. I think that it is worth the wait, because if you want quality, you’ll wait an extra few minutes. If you want to settle for a piece of crap, not a piece of real pizza, there are many places that will be happy to defrost that slice for you.During this time, it is so important to support local businesses, because so many are going under. I feel that this place was not given the respect it deserves. The vibe is fun, and the food is good. If anything, we should be supporting these people for providing quality food, a service few places can afford anymore.Good job Los Angeles Pizza Company!
