What a lucky find. Immediately upon being seated we were served a lovely six-inch round flat bread loaf that was a warm and perfect blend of crumb and crust. We began our meal with the pears covered in melted Gorgonzola over wilted spinach–a delicious taste of things to come. My rigatoni lobster was a steal at $15 and was cooked to perfection. This was followed by the best profiteroles I’ve ever eaten and some strong, hot and bold coffee–just to my liking. The service was both personable and professional. If the owners would spend a few dollars to reupholster the bench seating this restaurant would be flawless. Thank goodness everyone was in Mexican restaurants tonight except for those of us enjoying Brunello Trattoria.

Got off the plane at LAX and wanted Italian food. Only 5 miles or so from the airport. Quite possibly the best chicken limone with capers I’ve EVER eaten. The side of spinach and roasted potatoes were excellent and a true compliment to the entree. The wine was great and the bread, outstanding! What a pleasant surprise! Greeted by the friendly owner and the service staff was equally impressive! Wish I lived closer by to take advantage of this wonderful dining experience more often. Atmosphere, nice, but understated, quiet and relaxing. Great neighborhood vibe. Awesome!!

Delicious! What a pleasant surprise to find this family owned Italian restaurant. Recommend the lobster ravioli and any salad with their basalmic reduction.
