Delicious food in a delightful atmosphere.. My first time at Cafe Laurent, the salad greens with berries, grapefruit, and a complex vinaigrette knocked my socks off. Their breakfast omelette and a couple of other breakfast and lunch dishes have kept me and friends satisfied. I’ve recommended to several friends that they go there for dates, business discussions, and groups of friends. Quiet live music on Saturday and Sunday mornings provides a special treat. Parking on the street is easy. But bring coins and keep track of time while you’re enjoying yourself.
My favorite brunch place in L.A.! I have gone alone, as well as with colleagues and friends. We’ve always loved the delicious food, outstanding service and musicians on the weekend. It’s like a haven in a hectic week.
This restaurant is the perfect place for brunch.. It’s an escape from the Gussie of everyday life. You are welcomed by people with great attitudes and are calmed by the cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious and made with great ingredients you can taste the freshness of farmers markets. I recommend this restaurant to friends and family all the time!!!
The food is excellent, you must try the French toast it is totally different from any other place. Their eggs Benedict are served on a croissant instead of the traditional English muffin. This place is so much better since the new management.
I have only been here one time for their quiche, they have several. I got the one with black olives. I enjoyed it, very tasty and well seasoned. Texture is light and airy. I think I will return.
Sweet French cafe. I have eaten here at least six times. The food is reliable and tasty, a good value. There is a lovely funky garden with music some Sundays. I have been there with from 2-8 in my party and the service was always friendly.
Went three times — first time food was decent, second time awful and third outright atrocious. I ordered the same dish (frittata) each time and tasted different on each visit. Consistency issues and horrendous service make this one of the Westside’s worst breakfast restaurants. Evidently the rest of Culver City is catching on as it always appears empty when I drive by at peak hours. Avoid unless under a new management that hires competent and well mannered waiters and believes in quality control.
