Had to leave a review because The Wood was so good. A crew of about ten of us stopped by for breakfast. Most of us ordered the Corned Beef Hash, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hash is homemade, with large morsels of tender premium corned beef, crisp pan fried potatoes, and accents of onion and parsely. Eggs sunny side up, with yolks that broke easily and mixed into the hash. Seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, and homemade catsup, everyone left with a full belly and a smile.The chef did an excellent job of getting all the dishes out hot and at the same time, considering he/she was hit with such a big group, without warning. Service was friendly and excellent as well. The Wood offers bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s as an add on to your brunch entree. I’m going to have to come back and do that.
Thanks to Luci Petlack review, I decided to come here during happy hour with Jenny Michelle Ly! We got the fried mushrooms, deliver eggs and truffle fries! The fries were amazing!!! We also say outside and it can get noisy from the street traffic, but there were plenty of seats and parking in the attached lot!
