Bottom line. Just stopped for pastries and loved this place. I will go back next time I am in the bay area.
It’s okay. Quaint but not great. A nice excuse for a stop downtown Half Moon Bay. Just don’t expect the moon and you’ll be fine. The breads actually look more interesting than the cakes. Haven’t tried the former, the latter are pretty sweet, which satisfies the American pallet.
WHEN IT’S TIME FOR PUMPKIN YOU’LL FIND ME HERE. Each and every time i visit half moon bay for the art and pumpkin festival this is one of the first places i have to visit. if you don’t go early enough there is a line out the door and the selection will be limited. they always have the best pumpkin treat like cookies, bread, loaf and some of the best pumpkin pies. unfortunately i was out in pescardaro today and i stopped in around 2am and they were closed. such a bummer. oh well i will once again try again and take my chances to beat the crowds in mid october.
