Amazing Mexican Food!. Abosulutely love this place! It’s amazing. Grilled fish tacos, chicken enchiladas with pork verde sauce, chicken nachos and the salad are all wonderful choices. We can’t get enough. This is the best Mexican food for the money for 100 miles, we love it!
One of our favorite quick bites!. We love Don Quixote’s! The owners are so nice and so is their entire staff. We’re there at least once a week for lunch or dinner. LOVE the chicken tacos. Love the chipotle ranch. The hubby gets burritos or fish tacos most of the time and loves the carnitas. It’s great for a quick bite and the kids love their quesadillas and nachos. But beware … the line can get long because it’s so good!
Awesome chili verde. I went here for the first time a few days ago, and I ordered a chile verde burrito, wet style (melted cheese and chile verde sauce on top). This is my favorite Mexican food, if done right. I can say that Don Quixote chile verde burrito was excellent. I asked them to put some cilantro in it, which I normally don’t do, and I was surprised at how much I liked cilantro with chile verde. The other thing that is to DIE for is their chipoltle sauce. It has a smokey flavor that is outstanding. I literally could not get enough of the sauce (I ordered it on the side and dipped my burrito in it).
I love this place! We go here all the time for some good food!

Tamal’s, with green sauce; the red sauce is good, too. Everything is great at Don Quixote’s: the food, the service, the fresh veggies, the salsa’s and chips, even the prices! The best part is the people who work there, top notch!!! I think all of the employees and of course, the owner, can do any job in the house. And they do it with a smile! Great cross training…
Very tasty!. My husband and I decided to eat here after seeing that it was ranked #2 in the area for Mexican food. Although we had a good experience and the food was very good, we don’t think it should be rated #2. If there was a sub category for fast food Mexican then Yes, absolutely! For those of you who have never been, it has a set up similar to Chipotle where your food is made to order right in front of you. However, they have a TON more choices than Chipotle! The food was very fresh and we really liked all of the choices! The other great part about it is, they have a salsa bar with chips for your meal! Overall the food was great, the service was good, the place was clean and I will be returning for more!
