Excellent Food / Service. Have been going to rubino’s almost 3 years now and I decided to write this because I am never disappointed in anything I order. I usually order one of the veal dishes and my husband usually orders Prime Rib. Always excellent! Good Food Excellent Service! Can’t ask for much more!
Great flavor minus crab cakes. Made reservations, although they weren’t needed tonight (Sunday). Didnt care for the crab cakes; ok they were probably the worst crab cakes I’ve had in years. Having said that, the waiter (Anthony) quickly offered a replacement or to remove them from the check. The rest of the meal was delicious and very flavorful. Anthony was timely, honest, and informative; when we return we will ask for him. This was our second trip to this restaurant and we will return.
Really disappointing . . .except. I have eaten here 4 times. not my choice. Each time I have been disappointed by the food, the service and the way management handled complaints.For the over the top pricing–especially the markup on the pathetic wine list–I wold expect much better.The only exception is that the sweet breads are very good
Just ok. Never was offered appetizer special. Lukewarm fried risotto, carrots & potatoes. Entree was hot. Won’t be back.
They were out of what I wanted. Food heavy and salty. Needed water all night. Very nice staff.
Mr. Clay Kowarsh. Came for Mother’s Day buffett. We had reservations for 11:30am and was promply seated. Due to my portly figure,we had to be reseated to a table , since the booths don’t move.All the entrys were delicious, Carving cart area needs some more work.. Meat temp is not maintained. (Note: if you do not get there early, the replacement of food in the warmers is lacking.Some bussing personnel need retraining..deserts need to be revisited…. Music should stay with CD/s not a live singer.We will have review our options to return next holiday..
