I tried this place for the first time and it was pretty good. I like that you can choose different protein options, different buns, and styles of burgers. It allows you to eat at a burger place and not completely blowing your entire diet. The salad is pretty good too. The meat definitely tastes fresh but I did not find out if it was local or organic. I need to ask next time. For the money I would definitely go back. In the land of chain restaurants (Santa Clarita) this is a nice change.
Rustic Burger is a delicious hamburger place in Santa Clarita. They have several different burgers they make and offer each one with a variety of different proteins (sow/cow–pork and beef, chicken, chuck/brisket, tofu, etc). The burgers are always juicy and flavorful. This time I ordered the mushroom burger with chuck & brisket. The meat was tender and so juicy, the burger has swiss and bacon as well as the mushrooms. The have a amazing sides too (fries, tots, sweet potato fries, etc). I enjoyed a salad with mine but snacked on my friends fries. Worth it!
