Pretty good ‘cue. Yeah, I ate at this spot yesterday. A trailer in a driveway of a residence. There’s outdoor seating for 10 (I think) closer toward the house.It was a lunch-time affair, planned out nicely by myself and a coworker.What I ordered: rib dinner (mop on side) with collards and potato salad (at the recommendation of the proprietor – I hate large chunks of egg in my potato salad). It also came with a cinnamon-type muffin, not too sweet and moist and delicious.Ribs had good smoke to them (4 bones served), but the rub was too subtle. I like pow. The mop was good; vinegar-based since this is eastern Carolina barbecue.The collards were bangin’, but I do like mine with more black pepper. Tangy.The potato salad was also to my liking. Like he said, the egg was chopped finely and brought the rest of the ingredients together well by adding a little creaminess to the texture. Also tangy due to sweet relish.My homie scarfed down a pulled pork sandwich that also looked delicious, especially the slaw – looked like it was vinegar-based also and mayo light than what New Englander’s are used to. I’m all over that sandwich when I go back.Arbitrarily, 3.5 out of 5 stars. Recycle for soda can; they have a couple of bins by the tables.
