Hhmmmm different. This is my first visit to lee Roy. I got their 4 of July special of BOGO free Mile high Pulled pork Sandwich.But first … the staff and all personnel that I had contact with were Outstanding… Friendly courteous helpful. Now the real deal the FOOD.As far as a Mile High…. the bun was that..the pork not so much, more meat needed to be deemed as a Mile High Sandwich.. It was very good tender and lightly smoked. Bun toasted just right… Pickles ?? must be southern thing I love pickles all flavors and sizes but not on pulled pork. The sauce… I tried it 4 different times and different ways. It just plain sucked.The baked beans another story… pieces of sausages a tad spicy hot seemed a bit sweet & sour.. The verdict is out on this.I had the corn casserole Interesting….taste like a corn muffin a bit sweet.. yet the texture unusual. It was good I liked it. I will be back. Looking over the menu waffle’s / chix… gumbo, fried green tomatoes.And a unusual item at 5.99 on Thursday Smokin Quesadillas … BBQ sauce sour cream fresh salsa???? on chips ??? hhhmm for me I think not
