BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!. This was my 39th Birthday dinner with my Husband and two children. This is why I do not have the receipt information on hand but I was given the access code from our FABULOUS server Christie – This was the BEST birthday so far EVER. Thank you to the Ft Myers Melting Pot staff
Great fun. If you want to celebrate … birthdays, anniversary’s, any of life’s big events, this is a fun place to go. Like one person wrote, if you go to a BMW dealers showroom, you don’t expect cheap cars. The Melting Pot isn’t cheap … however, considering all you get in the way of food, it really isn’t that over-priced. Good food, great wait-staff, all in all, a really great evening for our anniversary. Well done.
Love this place! My first choice for special occasion dinning. I’m always stuffed when I leave. Cheese fondue is amazing. This is also the only place I cannot leave even a bite of my salad because the raspberry vinaigrette is fabulous! Entree is top notch and dessert is so ooy gooy yummy! Yes, the prices are up there but the quality and amount of food you get are worth it. This restaurant does offer value for money IMO. The service has always been top notch. I even have my 8 yr old addicted to this place and he begs to go there for his birthday dinner. If your celebrating a special occasion or if your looking for a romantic, one on one date night this is the place.
You don’t go to a BMW dealer and complajn about the prices, so be prepared that this place isnt for those a bit light in the wallet. With that being said, I have been here twice and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. The three course meal was more than enough food and was absolutely endorphine releasing delicious.
Wonderful Restaurant. A+ experience everytime.Here are some tips:1) If you don’t like the fondue experience where you cook your food and enjoy a nice hour to two hour experience, don’t come here.2) If you don’t have any money, don’t come here.3) I couldn’t imagine eating more then what they give you. I honestly couldn’t eat more – I don’t know how anyone else could (I’m 6’5 and far from petite). If you are looking to chow down quickly and cheaply, go hit a McDonald’s.I don’t have sympathy for anyone who doesn’t do their research on a restaurant before they go there. The quality of food is excellent and as well as the service. Melting Pots have been all around the country for decades now.
Great Experience. I went there for my anniversary and everything was wonderful from the time i walked in to the goodbye at the door. I ordered the romance package, so the table was set with roses and they had champagne waiting for us when we arrived. The meal was amazing and the food was top notch. They took our picture and printed it right there and put it in a frame for us to take home. The server was friendly and knowledgeable but knew when to leave us alone for privacy. Well worth the money i spent, and i will do it again soon.
