A hidden gem. Had lunch today at Johnny’s Pizza, a tiny pizza restaurant next to the hardware store and behind Christina’s Deli on Maricamp Rd. About a block west of Lockheed Martin. They have excellent pizza supposedly made with shipped in water from New York. Crust was crispy outside and chewy on the inside, and had a very good flavor on its own. Sauce was very tasty and the oregano was added at the end after the cheese so I guess the amount added could be specified by the buyer. We ate in. There are a couple of tables and several seats by the counter. We ordered a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 salami. They took this to mean 1/2 the amount of salami on the whole pizza not salami on half the pizza. So be specific with your order. They do deliver. A small seems to be a good size for two if no leftover is desired. I’d give them a try. It was worth it.
