We dined on March 9th and had a bad experience. Long wait only because we had someone in a wheelchair, so apparently the restaurant isn’t accessible if they only have 1 table we can sit at. After telling them numerous times we would sit outside, to not be seated out there, over an hour later, that’s where they ended up seating us, when we could have just sat there the moment we arrived. Out waitress acted like she didn’t even want to be working. Didn’t have listening skills and we kept having to correct her, or repeat what we said. I received the wrong wine.. moscato doesn’t sound anything like white zin. I also received chicken marsala instead of vealWe complained but no one cared. Even pointed out to her we received chicken not veal and she never adjusted the price on the ticket. We had to ask 3 different people and then she blamed it on the system instead of her forgetfulness.I emailed the restaurant that night and got a response many days later that they would look into it. Never a call or response thereafter. So, on March 30th, I left a review on their Facebook and got a pretty nasty response from the owner. My complaint is fake news because he accused me of not complaining AT the restaurant, which we did. He doesn’t care about his customers clearly and doesn’t want to take the time to follow up with our server or the hostess to validate the legitimacy of our complaint.I hope this restaurant goes out of business because there is a lot of competition where customers can dine out peacefully and be treated with respect and eat better food and what they actually ordered.I will not give a cent to this business. You don’t treat customers like this.
Great bread and roasted garlic. Great wine. However that’s where it ended. The eggplant parmesan was soggy and not breaded. The seafood cannolini (not sure how to spell it) was missing the seafood. Just cheese and pasta. We all searched. The lasagna was missing the pasta and meat. It was just marinara and cheese. Lots and lots of melted cheese. The kids’ penne with butter sauce was a soup of butter. My kids were draining the pasta before they could eat it. The chef came out and argued with us (seemed tipsy) even though we were there with three small children. He promised to remove the entrees from out bill. However we were forced to pay for all the gross food. We will never make the mistake of coming here again.

Delicious!! And a wide variety of foods! Got to eat kangaroo and fois gras (both amazing)! Great service too. And the garlic bread was soooo yummy!
WORST FOOD EVER!. First off it was to cold & to dark to be a restaurant, but not for a night club with seems to fit the neon lights on the ceiling. had to use flash lights to read the menu. took 20 mins to get drinks. and almost an 1hr for dinner. had the potato soup, taste was awesome, quantity was lack there of. came out on a salad plate. dinner i ordered the chick parm, how could anyone screw this up. chicken was hard to find under the large mount of breading with no seasoning mind you. i had it with penne pasta meat sauce. the pasta was so hard and chewy you could use it for macaroni art for kids. no to mention the food was cold once it came out. now about the service…wait what service. there was none, and that’s why you get NO TIP! i will never go back to this place even if i was paid. if you like over priced crap food, then this place is for you.
Where was the table visit by a manager during the meal. The management should seek out problems not wait for a guest to ask to sleek to a manager. A simple table visit to ALL TABLES during a guest dinner would allow the manger to see if there is a problem. Also would be able to see if the server is doing there job like pre bussing the table, drink levels. Just basic service concept
