I care more about food than decor, and this place has the most amazing Indian food I’ve ever had! Their butter chicken is just lovely! You can tell they really care about the freshness of their food, and although it sometimes takes a while to get your food, it’s always fresh and hot and delicious!

We went to Taste of Curry and it felt laid back. The food was very good! We had 3 dishes shared amongst 6, served family-style. Still had left overs because we were so full and filled. The price was great too! Very reasonable. Would be coming back again for more!
Yummy Indian Buffet. There aren’t many Indian restaurants where I live, so I was very happy to have found this one! It is family owned and they are so nice and have quality food. They do a buffet and traditional dishes as well as catering. My husband and I go frequently. Priced well too 🙂
This is the best food we have ever ate!The place is small but the food is out of this world. my family loves coming to this place my 12year old son loves this place the owner is very kind and his wife always is smiling. 🙂 they also have cute children that try to help the customers. I have eaten at 5 star indian restaurants and this beat those in new york. It’s one of those places don’t judge the book till you try the food.
Holy Cow!!. My wife and I went in one day for lunch, oh my dear lord was this place filthy. Everywhere we looked was either covered with junk, or just plain dirty, light switches caked with black ??? You have to self serve out of a refrigerator for soft drinks and the handles were so dirty that I looked for something to grab them with. The other scary thing was while the woman was preparing our plates (near the operating stove) held a baby in one arm and dished food with the other. We ate a few bites but just couldn’t stand sitting there any longer, then the owner/chef came in just before we left and looked like hadn’t changed his kitchen uniform in a month, just awful. We won’t EVER go back, but sure hope the health inspector visits and soon!
A tiny hole-in-the-wall place run by a very nice family. Stopped in to try something small, as I wasn’t too hungry. The vegetable samosas were fresh and very delicious – potentially the best I’ve had. I will definitely go back to try more. Owner was very friendly and gladly answered my questions. He said all food he serves is of the Halal tradition (an ancient practice in which livestock is raised without cruelty and slaughtered humanely — there is definitely more to it that this, but that is what attracts me to it). This will definitely bring me back as well. Finally, Indian food in New Port Richey!
