Best German food in Pompano Beach. We go there every time we visit the area and it never disappoints. Great authentic German food. Great service. You will not leave hungry. Must stop and try for yourself.
This place is great! It is a landmark in South Florida. Family owned and wonderful food. The traditional hungarian goulash and the jaeger schnitzel are some of my favorite dishes. Its a small establishment with about 14 tables inside and some outdoor seating. Always busy and may have to wait for a table, but definately worth it!

Cypress Nook was that tiny little jewel, where we had simply a perfect dinner. We took Deutsche Wurst Platter as an appetizer 3 types of sausages (wursts) were delicious (they come from a German butcher in Florida and New Jersey), and red cabbage was just superb I cant even describe it.Veal Shnitzel with mushroom gravy (Jagershnitzel) was another home run. This piece of meat, lightly breaded and perfectly fried was simply perfectly cooked and every little morsel delicious. Apple strudel light, delicate and literally effervescent with a cup of coffee was delicious way to finish the meal. Most highly recommended if you are in the area, make sure to eat at Cypress Nook. talk-a-vino.com
