This place has horrible customer service. I ordered $140 worth of food for some of our employees to treat them this Friday and we got nothing but disappointment. The food is sub-par which is just the beginning. Portions at this place are laughable for the over exaggerated prices they have.We all received about 4 or 5 half a thumb size of chicken in our pasta, no napkins, salt, pepper, cheese, knifes, forks, etc.They didn’t have the drink we ordered so they started to haggle us about how many cans of soda we can get instead of the large bottle of pellegrino we ordered.After I got back to the office we noticed all this and went back to try and resolve the issues in an nice manner but the owner of the restaurant said that this is it and if you don’t like it then too bad.We are in AMERICA and this is NOT how people should be treated. EVEN if the customer is out of line you (the business) needs to make it right to continue to get customers coming in.This place won’t be open for long which will be because of their bad business model, which is just plain sad.I recommend you visit this place to see how a restaurant should NOT be run if you’re thinking about opening one yourself.
