Worst franchise I’ve been to. I stopped in on my way to work to get an A&W Rootbeer Float. The speaker in the drive-thru wasn’t working so I pulled up to the window and ordered. The employee was gone 5 minutes and came back to tell me that the ice cream was bad and couldn’t be used. That should have been a clue to just leave, but instead, I just ordered a root beer. No way that could be bad, right? I payed and was on my way before I took a sip…it tasted moldy and only vaguely like root beer. I ended up throwing it out after one sip and swore I’d never return to this location.
