So disappointing. Discussed and ordered appetizer and lunch special. Appetizer didn’t come. Waitress claimed a misunderstanding. Lunch special pasta was tubular and impossible to twirl on fork; had to cut first with fork to be able to eat with spoon! The chunk of boney lamb was raw! Manager took it back to cook it; it came back still raw. Waitress took plate without asking if I wanted dessert. Had to ask for dessert menu. Was told that menu was no up-to-date. Overall, very disappointed in meal and service.

The food is great and service is good too! Lovely atmosphere on the patio and by the fire. I go here at least 3 times a week and it’s my favorite restaurant in town

Very nice Mother’s Day brunch. My experience here was great despite other recent reviews. We were impressed by the spread for Mother’s Day and couldn’t possibly try everything. The price was much better than other typical options and as we waddled out, I knew it had been the right choice. It’s a drive from Spokane so hoping I’ll have a reason to try the dinner menu very soon.

This place is BOS(S). Bistro on Spruce–my sister and I love it so much we nicknamed it BOS. Best food, amazing staff, they are helpful with allergies (she is allergic to gluten and dairy), have a great wine list, remarkable prices. Love love love.

Great All Around!. Food: awesomeCleanliness: awesomeFriendly Staff: you betcha! The owner is a very humorous man, too.Good Food: Even better than goodExtra Things: yeah. I like the little reading glasses on the table. I don’t use them, but that’s just an extra thoughtful touch that they add to the table!I’ve been here twice so far, since I am new to town. I came for lunch and had the rueben sandwich. YUMMY! It was actual corned beef, instead of cheap greasy strips of pastrami-like meat. The only thing was my whimpy stomach hurt after eating the mustard. It was a spicy one 🙂 But I don’t think that was the mustard’s fault at all. I think it was a bad day for me. On my dinner visit, I had Macaroni and Cheese for my entree and wild mushroom soup for the appetizer. That mushroom soup was AMAZING! My husband and I didn’t even talk while we ate, because we were so wrapped up on our own eating 😉 Oh, one more thing: you’ve gotta try the french fries. I have NEVER had better fries in my life! They were simple steak fries with some hint of secret seasoning or something.
