HORRIBLE. This place has gone downhill in the last few months. I just heard they have a new manager which could be why??? All I know is a few years ago the restaurant seemed to improve a lot. Food and service was good. Also seemed to be clean. I really liked the management staff, but a few months ago I guess the main manager left and the service has been awful ever since. I probably won’t be coming back. I have given this place a few chances in the last 2 weeks. It’s getting worse.
This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had. Ice tea tasted like it was rotten, the wait to order food was almost an hour. Got the food, it was cold and the ribs had cooked so long there was no meat left. Wait staff was completely inattentive. Had to ask for a refill, silverware and napkins. Will not be going back.
TURNING INTO A DIRTY DIVE BAR. My father has gone to this establishment quite a bit. Last night, he took his wife. apparently the meal started with two women in the restaurant having a screaming match. No one said a word, not even the bar tender that was watching them the whole time. My father finally had enough and asked the two women to take the argument outside so he can enjoy his dinner without the yelling and screaming. As the two women left, the other customers started to yell at him for breaking up the screaming match. The manager also came out and in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner asked him to leave the establishment before they could finish their meals. He also made them pay for the unfinished meals before leaving. On top of the events, the place was extremely dirty. I will never take my money to this establishment again. The establishment needs an inspection done and management should be fired. It has gone from a family establishment to a dirty dive bar.
Terrible Mangement. Absolutely the best team of employees – doing their best even though management is the absolute worse!Have been going there for over a year and the management turnover is ridiculous! And the temporary one now is just as clueless as the rest!I hate going there for the never ending problems with the air conditioning in the bar – love the folks there! But again any and all managers there should be shot for their lack of any care to the customers!Jan DeSantis
This place needs to do a complete over haul/revamp, or it just needs to close. Went there on a Thursday night with a group of four, after we decided against the hour long wait for the Texas Roadhouse. The place was absolutely dead, there was a table full of employee’s sitting behind us, that seemed to be having their own party and the food was absolutely pathetic. I don’t expect 5 star food from a chain like this, but Chili’s food quality used to be better than this. All four meals ordered, were only nibbled at. Overall terrible experience and I will never go back. I wish something else would move into this location.
Dirty, dirty, dirty! The only thing I like about this restaurant is our server.
Sunday 4pm- dirty tables, & the seats, wait staff standing around chatting instead of refilling drinks, food all burnt! $10 for ribs is rediculious especially when burnt, burger soggy on bun burnt edges, appetizers(2) burned oil reminants in onions! really awful! i’ve only eaten there four times and service terrible everytime!
