Pizza sucked I should have stayed in and bought red Barron frozen pizza. The crust was like card board and tasted old. The man who helped me was rude to me and the other employees I will assume by his barking orders mannerism he was the manger, the place was nice and clean. We brought the pizza back to our hotel and if we would if stayed I would of asked for my money back
I’ve only had pizza and salad but both were well above average. I come every time I’m in Coeur d’Alene
Gluten-free, dairy-free options: yay!. Happy to see gluten and dairy-free options. Got a gf pizza crust w/ soy cheese – it was delicious! Wait staff was very friendly also; good atmosphere. Sat outside near fire pit. Highly recommended.
Will try the pizza next time. I visited CDA for some shopping time with my mom, in town for the summer. My family has enjoyed Olive Garden’s soup, salad and breadsticks almost like a staple since I was very young. I ordered it at MacKenzie River wondering if they can give O.G. a run for their money. We tried the chowder, veggie and the chicken chili. I kept thinking we should have proceeded next door to O.G. There, I know what I’m getting and am always happy. The chicken chili was the best of the three, but was puzzled why saltines are served along with the breadstick* (sing.) We ended up with a stack of 8 packets of crackers; where to put them? I understand this is a chain and some things are done just for conformity but their good intentions are lost on the cop-out Grape-Nuts on the salad, and the highway noise combined with music cranked. I apologized to our server that I couldn’t hear what she was saying more than once. I am eager to try the Spokane location(s). Updates will follow.MacKenzie shouldn’t feel singled out however, Applebee’s has similar difficulty with their S, S & B menu equivalent. 🙁
Regardless of some views. Mrpco is one of the most fun places to eat. From the fantastic choices of pastas and sandwiches to the caring and high energy staff. This place is absolutely a must if your in coeurdalene!!!
Down hill. What a disappointment when they first opened they had super pizza the hot Hawaiian thin crust was awesome but I have noticed the longer they have been open the worse the pizza has become. My pizza today had no toppings the crust was good but NO toppings. Service was good but there was no one there so not hard to give good service. I live in hayden and will unfortunately will be driving down town for pizza from now on
Terrible review. Eight of us waited for table for almost 40 minutes, the restaurant was literally empty. NEVER coming here again.
