Subpar food….and they set the standard for the worst customer service you will ever experience!!!!!!!!. From my experience, whenever you go to a Mexican food stand such as Orlandos, you can expect to get subpar service. But a congratulations is in order for Orlandos, as they set the bar insanely high for the worst service I have ever experienced. I have been to Orlandos a few times in the past as their food is good, not great, but good. Unfortunately, Coeur dAlene has limited options for breakfast burritos so this is what Im stuck with. When I called in to place my order, I knew in the ballpark what I wanted, but couldnt remember what it was called and apparently this ruined the guys day that he actually had to help me for 10 seconds with my order. When I showed up to pick up my order, I was greeted with a fair hows your morning going. I said good, how was yours and he proceeded to go off on how he has to keep helping these stupid people by reading them the entire menu. Wow, just WOW!!! Next, I handed him my money and asked if I could get 3 of the pico or salsa to put onto my burrito. I proceeded to ask which they had and normally give out, and he got pissed and actually yelled well which do you want Sorry for trying to clarify if your salsa is chunky or pured, and I wanted to learn what I needed to order so as not to bother him with my order in future. Well…thats not necessary. I will NEVER be back…and I sincerely hope they go out of business for their horrendous customer service…This guy was easily the biggest a-hole I have ever encountered in the food industry.
It’s Dennis #1. Orly, this is Dennis #1 coming at you from Long Beach, CA. The last time I saw you in November, 1998, which was unfortunately the last time I ate your famous food! Anyway, keep on keepin’ on, brother!29 Aug, 2014It’s Dennis #1. Orly, this is Dennis #1 coming at you from Long Beach, CA. Mark Styler. Orlando’s is by far the best food on planet earth. Remember it is Arizona based and not the Taco Truck stuff like in California. GREAT FOOD at a GREAT PRICE!
The best Breakfast burrito anywhere. This is my favorite thing to get, freshly made with fresh ingredients, yummy…. I can’t even make a burrito this good…
Orlando’s is back. Hands down best breakfast burrito in North Idaho, and beyond
Not bad.. Good food, good price.
Best in North Idaho. Have been to Orlando’s twice since it opened and have nothing but good things to say. The service is pleasant and efficent, the prices are reasonable, the portions are very large and all the ingredients are fresh. Now for the most important thing, the food itself. The flavors are awesome and the food is by far the best of any Mexican Rest. in the area. The carnitas and carna asada are both unbelievable, very authentic flavors and just the right amount of spices. Even a simple plate of beans and rice were the best I ever had. Salsa’s and Guac were all fresh and flavorful. I will be eating here often and for as long they stay open and look forward to trying everything on the menu.
