Michael and his wife have has this shop since the mid 2000 he delivers and helps with the kids and she manages the base work. and accounting. they are super special true American family and the pizza is super. she grates fresh garlic on each Pizza the dough is good! crust is awesome! fresh ingredients why would anyone rate them lower than a 4 is beyond me, 8 years and counting of satisfied Pizza eating
Hands down, one of the better pizza places you will find! Wixy Nuggs are out of bounds! Pizza is great! Crust is great! The owner is great! I highly recommend this establishment. You will not be disappointed.
A Great Pizza Find. Decided to try this place based on the pizza quality comments and not the service issues. First…the pizza. We had a large thin crust with red sauce and pepperoni. The cheese is a house blend of mozzarella, provolone, and a hint of cheddar…very good. The sauce was tasty and not overly sweet. The dough was slightly crisp, yet still chewy. After it came out of the oven, it was topped with a little fresh basil and garlic. Over all, a really well done pie. Now the service… Mike and Charity were warm and friendly despite being busy as hell on a Wednesday evening. My wife ordered a salad while we waited for our pizza. They were slammed with take out orders on the phone as well as walk-ins, but managed to whip up a fresh, well prepared salad with Caesar dressing to quell my wife’s hunger. The facility…reminded us of the hole-in-the-wall Mom and Pop operations we frequented growing up in New York. Made us feel right at home to dine in here. Others (you know them, admit it) may find the hectic, non-nose-in-the-air-un foo-foo down-to-earth surroundings put them off. Let those types pout in the parking lot while you enjoy the wonderful pizza. WARNING…They do not have a public rest room so take the time to drain your tanks elsewhere.
