Long wait but food was great!. The wait was terribly long, 1/2 hour to be acknowledged! Kudos to server Kayla who went out of her way to take my order when I was preparing to walk out. She also consulted the superviser. Thankfully they rushed my order and covered the bill. Good food, it was consistent with Red Robin’s in other regions that I have visited.

Bignel. My brother and I recently had dinner at Red Robin. We were very impressed with the friendly service and how clean the restaurant was. My meal was very tasty. My brother had a question about his meal and Alisha, the manager was quick to remedy our concern. She was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. She wants customers to have a nice dining experience. We would not hesitate to come back when we visit Coeur D’Alene again.
Not the best burger…… My family and I have been here several times and are not impressed. We all love red robin but this one is not the best. We would rather drive to Spokane to their red robin then go to this one. Which is sad because we live so close.the service is below average and food is average. Sorry….we usually love Red Robin.
