This is what sushi should taste like!. Wow! Sushi was excellent. Highest quality fish I’ve had in a while. Fresh, flavorful, creamy texture. Nigiri was so good no need to have elaborate rolls but those were amazing too! Beautiful presentation. Small, lively atmosphere. Extensive saki list. I’ve traveled all ove the west coast and east coast and this little place in ID is a gem! Definitley a must stop anytime I’m in the area.
