I absolutely loved this restaurant! My first impression when I walked in was that it was very clean and a pleasant atmosphere. Although the restaurant was pretty packed, my party and I were greeted immediately and seated within a minute. The smell was amazing! I went in wanting just a regular meat lover’s pizza, but when I saw pizza pot pie on the menu I had to try it! I was not unhappy with my decision at all. The crust was so good, and the ingredients were large and chunky like a real pot pie. The sausage in it was the best I ever had. Our waitress was awesome as well. She didn’t bother us too much, yet still managed to stay on top of getting our refills and we didn’t have to wait for anything. Next time I visit family in Chicago, you can bet I’ll be going back to Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder!
