Worst Groupon Experience Ever!. My husband and I purchased a groupon for O’Malley’s as newbies to the city. We went hungry- and left hungry. We ordered a pizza, and after 20 minutes someone came out of the kitchen informing us they were out of pizza sauce- waste of my time and totally crazy that a restaurant would not offer us an alternative, throw in a freebie, or just be more attentive or apologetic. Service was bad- it was difficult to get the server’s attention, and we felt like we were imposing on them by being there rather than feeling like customers. The drinks were watery, and the food we did get was not as we ordered it. We are very laid back, understanding people, but this is one place we will not go again.
