NY-Style Pizza in Northbrook!. I came to learn of Marisa’s now about 15 years ago while overhearing a fellow train passenger commenting on how she’d finally found NY-style pizza (at Marisa’s). Raoul, a long-time employee, is now running the place and cares about his food and his customers. The pizza is consistently great and a big favorite among my kids’ teenage friends. I highly recommend it for a change in the Chicago-pizza pace.
