Fresh and Delicious!. Just like the fish says in their commercial. You buy it, they’ll fry it right on the spot. The catfish was some of the best I’ve had in Shreveport. But the fried shrimp beat out the fish for my favorite. They get busy though (Good thing for a restaurant). Love the fish! (To eat and see on TV).
Soo Yummy. This is one of my favorite places in town. The fish is great. The salads are pretty good too. I love the special tarter sauce.
This place is a total dive but had some pretty amazing food!!! Had the catfish dinner and it was so good. The hushpuppies were the beat Ive had and their tarter sauce was fantastic. Hubbs had the chicken strips as he doesn’t care for fish. He left very happy. These guys know how to fry!!! Will definitely be going back.
BEST POBOYS IN TOWN!! Stopped in and got a shrimp and a oyster poboy. Both might possibly be the best that I have had any where. The shrimp were a great size and had a great flavor and was served with a home made creole mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickles sandwiched between what might be the perfect poboy bun. They oysters were nothing short of awesome! To many times you get fried oysters that are wag over done and dry and chewy. These were cooked perfect. Hot and golden brown on the outside but still moist and juicy on the inside. Portion size is great, you won’t leave hungry!! The small staff were extremely polite and helpful. When you go in ask for Sharell, he’s the manager and he runs a tight ship. You won’t be disappointed I assure you. Just remember one thing when you pull up to the restaurant. A diamond ring comes in a cardboard box!!!
