We have only been to the Bistro once time. We go to the Line Avenue location often and we do love it. Location, drinks, service. , owner Zoran and food. Some of the best french fries in the area. However, and that being said, the Bistro is a whole other thing. As I said we only went once. With location in mind we actually drove past it 3 times before realizing where it actually was located.And it was really far out of the way for us. Aside from that my drink had to be remade. I do not know what they did to it, a simple gin martini up with an olive. It was awful. First time I have even sent a drink back for a redo.And the worst of all, the noise was awful. It is a small venue with seating around the wall and a tiny table in front of you, and neighbors by you are so close you can hear all conversation. Terrible. We could not visit as we had our lunch.The food was good but the choices were sad. I got the only thing on the menu that looked like something I would like. So, I must say I would never drive way out of my way to go there. The Line Ave location is perfect. Also small but good parking and great all the way around. And we will continue to go there. Just wish they had a ribeye on the menu and baked potatoes would be great, never-tbe-less we love that place.Do not know how they could really make the Bistro more desirable though, get a larger venue I guess and learn to make drinks and add to the menu. Probably great for those that live out that way, but way to far for most of Shreveport. have heard Zoran is making improvements out there, but we will stick with the original. It is the best.
Server/Waiter. In my current/past experiences at Bella Fresca Bistro, from the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave, I am spoken politely to the entire time. The food is prepared beautifuly and timely. The waiters are well-mannered and eager to serve. The manager/owner, Zoran works diliginetly day and night 7 nights a week to make sure that everyone enjoys their experience. In my opinion, this is one of the many great restaurants in all of shreveport. They focus on service and preperation, and they surpass my expectations for the simple fact that the food is affordable and consistenly delicious every time.
