Since I mentioned Cici’s in my Larry’s review I decided to add this review of the Youree Dr. location. Cici’s is what it is, a cheap pizza buffet with a game room aimed at families with young children on a budget. Since the cost is so cheap you know the pizza quality will be low and it is. To their credit the pizza is edible, those that like chain pizza restaurants might find it to be pretty good. The salad bar is actually OK and a nice option. The Pines Rd location seems to be better managed than this one. Cici’s biggest downfall mirrors Golden Corral just down the street; it is in fact their clientele. Cheap + Buffet in Shreveport = a place you don’t want to dine. I rate them as high as I did because the food quality to price ratio is good, at least, so far, better than Larry’s.

Discrimination. Today, my nephew had an end-of-season soccer party at Cici’s. I could not attend. Why? Because I refused to comply with Cici’s new policy. They require everyone that enters to buy a buffet…even if you aren’t eating. I am gluten and lactose intolerant. I cannot eat the pizza even if I wanted to. So, I have to pay for food that I cannot eat due to health reasons? That’s discrimination. So, I was forced to leave. I was discriminated against and harassed. Disgusting…just disgusting. There are alternative methods that can be used to accomplish the same goal. Please consider those other options.
If you want a quick, cheap pizza then this is your place. Service is ok as is the food.
The Best pizza buffet around. For pizza its good it has taste and the the salad bar is good. I like the seclection it does not taste like frozen pizza.
