Hey Danny’s…I know you were a bit busier than usual but waiting 20 minutes without a server even acknowledging us is totally unacceptable. For this reason we had to chop you.
The service was excellent, the wait staff was very attentive and knowledgable about the menu. I had the bacon grand slamwich, it was amazing! Hands down best burger in shreveport for your money.
This location has terrible service! I sat at a table for 15 mins with no service, before I got up and asked for a manager. Then I had to find the manager myself. She was rude and unconcerned with the issue.
