Very unique and wonderful flavors await you at this Shreveport Farmers Market regular and catering service. For a couple of years now I’ve enjoyed some great rice dishes, dips and preserves made fresh by this super friendly and personable lady from the Middle East. The menu is ever evolving, always something new to try! Lately she has had a variety of fresh herbs that are simply amazing. Ditto that with the fresh made fig preserves. The flavors are different but at the same time accessible, more along the lines of Greek / Lebanese than say Indian. There are several must try vendors at the Saturday market in Festival Plaza, F&M is certainly high on that list!
